He has over 4600 man‐hours of Executive Coaching and over 1100 man‐hours of consulting experience. He is also a sought after facilitator of Strategic Management Conversations in corporate boardrooms.
Prior to founding Prajna Asia, Shiva was a lead consultant responsible to deliver business transformation consulting, leadership development and executive Coaching to BP's (British Petroleum's) business in South Africa, India, Singapore and Australia. In addition he has consulted to other global organizations such as HP, Acer, Motorola, Oracle, Dlink, L&T InfoTech, ITC InfoTech, Myntra Designs, Aujas Networks, ING, China Aviation Oil Singapore, Volvo India, Bosch India, Praxair India, Tektronix India, Proquest Solutions, Schneider Electric India, Aris Global, Bulwer Island Refinery Brisbane, etc.
Shiva started his career in Sales and business Development and has successfully managed business units of global organizations at the Pan Asia level. He has won accolades such as Best Sales Man, Sales Champion and Best Regional Manager during his professional tenure in organizations.
He is an Engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur India, a Post Graduate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master of Science (MS) in Education Management. He is a Certified Sales Professional in Strategic Selling and Conceptual selling from Miller Heiman Institute USA. He is also a visiting faculty on Strategic Management, Leadership & Change Management at leading management schools in Bangalore. |

Raghu comes with over 25 years of corporate experience in the areas of in Strategic market analysis, product planning and positioning, distribution channels, Product Management, Marketing, Retail Practices and the development of Go-To-Market (GTM) business strategies. He comes with a wealth of experience spanning the Indian & Middle Eastern markets, having worked in organizations such as Acer India, Acer Computer (Middle East), LG Soft, PCL etc.
Earlier, Raghu was the Head of Marketing Programs at Acer India, spearheading all the marketing initiatives. He played a key role in several areas including Marketing communications, Promotions, Celebrity Management, Strategic Partners & Alliances, Media relations, Retail Management & Channel Programs. At Acer Computer (Middle East), Dubai, as Country Sales Manager he was leading the sales and marketing team in charge of the GCC Countries. He has a good understanding of the verticals such as Transportation, IT, BFSI and Education sectors.
Raghu is a PGDM (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in Marketing and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from JNT University College of Engineering, Anantapur, India. |

Anand Krishna, a Lead Consultant at Prajna Asia, is a management professional with over 22 years of experience across leading global consulting and IT services organizations.
His breadth and depth of experience enable him to engage well with C-level executives as well as with middle/junior management. He combines strategic thinking with operational orientation to focus on business results and building organizational capability. The combination of strong personal values and ethics, effective interpersonal and communication skills, broad and deep understanding of business issues, diversity of experience, problem-solving capabilities and financial prudence equip him well to be a successful facilitator and business advisor.
Anand holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from M S University of Baroda and an MBA from Virginia Tech, USA. Prior to partnering with Prajna Asia Consultants, he has worked in India, USA and UK with organizations such as Coopers & Lybrand, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Infosys and Logica. He has been recognized for his professional contributions, and is a winner of the Infosys Excellence award for successfully driving Organizational Change, as also the Logica Global CEO’s Silver Award for his contributions to the global branding exercise.
Anand's professional experience includes management/business consulting; leading initiatives on branding/positioning, devising go-to-market strategies and developing and implementing marketing campaigns for solutions & services in specific industry verticals; and providing M&A advisory services. He has successfully helped position and reposition companies in key global markets and has successfully spearheaded new business pursuits. He has managed client relationships, with responsibility for deliverables as well as growth in top and bottom line contributions. He has advised several Indian and foreign companies from various industry sectors on formulating and executing inorganic growth strategies.
He has frequently coached and mentored colleagues, resulting in superior performances that have benefited not just the individuals, but also the team and the organization as a whole. His articles have been published in The Economic Times, Hindu Business Line, Deccan Herald and Business Today. He is also invited to deliver guest lectures at various Business Schools in Bangalore. |

Sumeet Rungta |

Sumeet is a post graduate in Business Management from the School of Business, Alliance University, Bangalore. He is a marketing and a client relationship prodigy and has been Part of Prajna’s journey since inception.
Currently Sumeet plays two key roles in Prajna. He is a Senior Client Engagement Manager for specific projects and a Senior Program Manager for all Education Programs. As a Senior Program Manager, he is responsible to plan, coordinate and execute all needs of a successful education program that will cause the learner have a hassle free learning.
Sumeet over the years, has worked with leading consultants of Prajna and has program managed several Leadership and Sales education programs, assessment centers, coaching programs for Prajna global clients. |
